Birthday Party Terms

All parties are $350 base price, which includes the space for two hours and one game/activity based on the chosen theme. Package includes 10 children and up to 20 total guests.  Adult parties are the same price ($350) and include up to 15 total guests.

Additional children and guests are subject to extra cost (see below). Due to limited space, no more than 40 total guests are allowed. 

You must pay a 50% deposit to book a party. The remaining 50% must be paid on or before the party date.

Cancellations must take place at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date and time to receive a refund of your deposit. If 72 hours advance notice of cancellation is not given, the deposit is non-refundable.

Frequently asked questions

Can I drop my kid off for a party?

Every child under the age of 15 in attendance at a party must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations must take place at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date and time to receive a refund of your deposit. If 72 hours advance notice of cancellation is not given, the deposit is non-refundable.

What if a guest has a food allergy or other dietary restriction?

If adding on cupcakes or any other type of food, Tubby & Coo’s must be notified of any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions of ALL party guests at least 72 hours prior to the date and time of the party in order to make accommodations.

What happens if something in the store is damaged during the party?

Per the contract, the person who books the party is responsible for all damages to the physical store and/or to store merchandise.

How are gifts handled?

Tubby & Coo's will provide a gift registry for the birthday celebrant. Anyone who wants to purchase a gift for the party from us can do so, and we will wrap the gift and keep it at the store until the party. We do not allow gifts to be open during the party. All gifts must be taken home and opened at a later time.

When can I set up?

Party set-up is allowed 30 minutes prior to the party itself. If you have items you wish to drop off ahead of time, you may do so up to 2 days prior, and we will store the items until the party.

Is clean-up included in the base price?

Hopefully, your guests won't make *too* big of a mess 🙂 We will handle most of the party clean-up; however, we appreciate help. We will provide trash cans, and we will expect guests to dispose of their trash appropriately during the party.

Ready to book?

We're excited for you to have your party with us! To book a party, you must call or come into the store in person. You will be required to sign a party contract, which can be done in person or via scan/e-mail.
