Join us in shredding 2019 (literally) with a celebration inspired by the Gratitude Festival in Star Trek. Write all the crappy stuff that happened to you in 2019 on “scrolls” and throw them into the shredder, forever consigning the negative to 2019 and moving forward to start 2020 off with a positive vibe.
Bring your favorite poem, inspirational quote, passage, or story to share! This will be a safe space for all. Come with the mindset of getting rid of all the negativity.
