Publishing Publishing Camp Workshops
We had our first ever writing camp this past Fall, and on the heels of the success of the event, we are venturing into our first ever publishing camp! Whether you’re ready to query an agent or you’re looking to self publish, our publishing camp will be great for writers at every level.
 
In camp, we will have workshops that look at the basics of book publishing, including everything from editing and querying to the do’s and don’t’s of getting your book into stores and libraries. Camp will be flexible and informative.
 
Since this is a shorter camp, we can make this super affordable. Come and learn about publishing from actual publishers for just $40 for all sessions, or $15 per session if you’re only interested in certain topics.

Duration: Four Week Camp (During the month of March)

Schedule:

All sessions  on Tuesday 7-9PM

Tuesday, March 7: Self Publishing with Your Own Small Press with Dianne des las Casas & John Couret of Write Hook Media

Tuesday, March 14: Small Press Publishing with Scott Campbell of River Road Press

Tuesday, March 21: Publishing Three Different Ways with Alys Arden, author of THE CASQUETTE GIRLS

Tuesday, March 28: Publishing Process Overview with Candice Huber, Owner of Tubby & Coo’s and small press publisher

Cost $40 for all sessions, or $15 for individual sessions. To sign up:

  1. Fill out the form below.

  3. Click the PAY NOW button. Make sure you click the SUBMIT button before you click PAY NOW.
  4. This will bring you to a new page. AT THE MOMENT, YOU CAN ONLY PAY THE $40 FOR ALL SESSIONS. Once we announce the details of the individual sessions, you will be able to pay for those separately.
  5. Click CONTINUE.
  6. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log into your account to pay. If you do not have a PayPal account, click PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.
