You know Stonemaier Games, right? They make some of the most popular games at our game night, including Euphoria and Between Two Cities, and they just broke Kickstarter records with their newest release, Scythe (coming soon!). Perhaps their most popular game is called Viticulture, which is a Euro strategy game where you compete to see who can create the greatest winery in Italy. There is also an expansion to Viticulture called Tuscany, which is really twelve expansions for Viticulture and adds so much to the game that once you play with it, you’ll never want to play without it.
If you know anything about Stonemaier Games, you know that founder Jamey Stegmaier is a master of crowd funding. Heck, he even wrote a book about it (called A Crowdfunder’s Strategy Guide – great book, get it from us!). Thus far, he has funded all of his games via Kickstarter. Until now. The Viticulture Essential Upgrade Pack turns a Second-Edition copy of Viticulture into the Essential Edition. It includes 154 illustrated cards and 1 rulebook. These components are also included in the original Tuscany expansion pack.
