2016 Saints & Sinners Literary Festival
WE ARE PROUD TO BE THE OFFICIAL BOOKSELLER FOR THE SAINTS & SINNERS LITERARY FESTIVAL!
The Saints and Sinners Literary Festival was founded in 2003 as a new initiative designed as an innovative way to reach the community with information about HIV/AIDS, particularly disseminating prevention messages via the writers, thinkers and spokes-people of the LGBT community. It was also formed to bring the LGBT literary community together to celebrate the literary arts. The Festival has grown into an internationally-recognized event that brings together a who’s who of LGBT publishers, writers and readers from throughout the United States and beyond. The Festival, held over 4 days each Spring, features panel discussions and master classes around literary topics that provide a forum for authors, editors and publishers to talk about their work for the benefit of emerging writers and the enjoyment of fans of LGBT literature.
This year’s festival is taking place April 1-3, 2016 at the Hotel Monteleone in the French Quarter. Come join Tubby & Coo’s to help celebrate! There will be writing workshops, panels, and master classes, readings, and more! The festival is taking place in conjunction with the Tennessee Williams Festival, and your admission to Saints & Sinners also gets you admission to the Tennessee Williams Festival panels and master classes. Make sure you take photos at the festival and tag us on social media (@tubbyandcoos) as well as the official hashtags #TWF16 and #SASFEST16!
We are also offering some deals and discounts in partnership with the festival:
